Returns & Refunds for Change of Mind
At KSF Herbal, we do not offer refunds or accept returns based on a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. We encourage you to review your order thoroughly before confirming your purchase.

For any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the product. You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to initiate any exchange or claim.

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

You must contact us and return the item within five (5) days of receiving it.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may:

Select another item of equal value from current stock, or

Receive an online coupon equal to the value of the returned item for future use.

Shipping costs for both returning the item and receiving the exchanged product will be the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that liquids, pastes, and flour-based products are non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety standards.

Product Condition Requirements
Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the returned item in perfect, undamaged, and resalable condition.
We do not offer refunds, including in cases of product damage, unless the fault is ours.

KSF Herbal is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping. Customers are advised to pack items securely and use a reliable courier service.
